2. 4 Service Limits
MOREAL aims to service globally, however, in certain countries P2E games may be regulated and certain services could be limited. Such limitations are applied accordingly with each country’s regulations and guidelines. For example, MOREAL will comply with Entertainment Software Rating Board in USA, and Game Rating and Administration Committee Video Game Rating System in South Korea.
Regulations and standards may vary in each country, but in most countries the platform shall be operated with no limitations.
If the service is limited, the game may not be registered to certain country’s app store or game play is prohibited during certain time of the day, or in-app purchase beyond certain amount is prohibited, MOREAL shall comply with such guidelines and limitations, and disclose such limits to the users so the service is operating smoothly as much as possible.
